What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The company is not looking for the finished article at this level. You are not expected to know everything. You just have to prove to the interviewer that you are keen to learn and to develop yourself. If you're keen to put in the work to benefit yourself and the organisation, you'll stand out as an individual they can develop to achieve the aspirations of both the company and the individual.

The interview was conducted in a relaxed, and informal manner. I was not expected to know everything about the role I was applying for. My advice is: be honest with what you don't know - and ask lots of questions to fill these gaps in your knowledge.
