What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The role is so diverse, no two days are the same. The culture is amazing and everyone wants you to succeed.
Worst
There is pressure naturally, it is sales, this is throughout the programme as well. You are being assessed throughout the 18 months - presentations, observations etc. so be prepared to be under the spotlight in a 4,000+ sales force.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000
Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It is a tough application process so make sure you give it your all. It is also extremely competitive due to the level of exposure you get, salary etc. so make sure you really take every step seriously.
