What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Pay/earning potential, flexibility, interesting work, social events, culture, variety.

Worst

Must be prepared to give up evenings etc for work events and along with that you must be flexible with working hours.

Can have to travel to a variety of places that aren't always easy to get to depending on where you live - car would be helpful and a willingness to travel about.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Don't worry about coming from an IT background, just demonstrate an interest in the potential of digitization and transformation in large companies and what you and your personality can bring to the organisation. They are big on cultural fit as well as potential, but you don't need to have any sales/IT experience so far.

Do you have any interview tips?

Try and reach out to people on Linked in who have done the associate programme for advice. It is a long process and the assessment centre is very intense and tough, but with the right advice you will be able to excel. They are looking for personality and potential, so really do show the best of who you are.

Definitely know the main things about the company, i.e core strategies, all of which can be found on the website. Also, research the company values as these are talked about a lot within the company and at the interviews.

Assessment includes dinner with company execs and leadership, so make sure you have done a bit of linked in research before hand.
