What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I love the people I work with. The working environment and that I can talk to anyone about any work-related issue I might be having - does not always need to be your manager. The flat structure makes this a lot easier.

Worst

The pay. Considerably lower than their competitors. But does the work and the people make up for that? Well, I'm still here.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000
