What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Dress very smartly for assessment day and interview. Girls- keep it traditional and smart- nothing too out there. Guys- no beards, no brown shoes! Wear a tie if you have one.
Prepare well for presenting why you want the job and why you would be a good fit for the company. Be confident and don't lie.
