What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself and don't overthink the process. Express aren't looking for people with sales experience necessarily, they simply want to see a candidate that has real potential and a strong work ethic. Also someone who is enthusiastic about the company and role and can show confidence and present themselves well.

Do you have any interview tips?

Again, don't overthink it. Have fun with the interview, don't be too serious and be yourself.

Don't be afraid to say you want to work in the sales for the money and emphasize your academic and extra curricular achievements. Anything that can set you apart from other candidates is key.
