What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
A young team where everyone gets along. Good training - FastTrack training that means you get into the field quickly. Invest a lot in their staff.
Worst
Feels like an 'old men's club' where favouritism seems very apparent. People seem to be rewarded based on who they know more than how well they perform. Do not do enough to keep their people. It is a monotonous and repetitive role and I do not feel they do enough to support staff. Some management don't seem to get how hard it can be. More benefits should be offered.
