Do you have any interview tips?

Be confident and engaging, massive curveball questions will be thrown at you, take them in your stride and don't falter. Be prepared to have your CV picked apart and life-decisions scrutinised. Interviewers are looking for normal, personable individuals, not show-ponies or nervous wrecks.

If the thought of hours on the phone makes you quake in your boots, don't bother applying. You need to be mentally strong and willing to work hard to earn money. The cash people make here is staggering, always achieved through grind and hard work. But the role itself is varied, you will run your own diary, lead your own meetings, and learn a lot about how business works.
