What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
* Have enough experience in recruitment, no need for training from scratch.
* Focus on making money. Team work in the company do not give much benefit on your promotion. Promotion comes from personal achievement, not how you contribute in the team. Although the management said so.
Do you have any interview tips?
* Be aggressive and motivated on the position.
* Know how to sell yourselves. After all, recruitment is a sales job.
