What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Trusted to get on with things and solved problems as I find them. I am not limited my my age of experience.
Worst
It can be very stressful working in highly politacal situations within a client. I am almost always out of my depth and learning how to do what I am doing as I do it. Thsi is fantastic but can be unsustainably stressful if not managed properly.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £57,000 - £59,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Its a fantastic place to work if you are driven, smart and entrepreneurial. Capacitas needs self starters who can learn on the job and grow with confidence.
Do you have any interview tips?
Dont be afraid if you dont know the answer. What we look for is how people tackle being out of their depth. Ask questions. Take problems back to basics and slowly build up to a solution.
