What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing about this job is the people I work with and the support I have from management. I would say that the nature of the role is something I really enjoy regarding speaking with people and socializing and really making a difference by providing an opportunity to people. There is a clear progression path to Senior.

Worst

The work-life balance is not great as there are days where you feel you cannot complete everything unless you stay until around 7-8 sometimes. The benefits package is unstable and changes and fluctuates. It would be much better to have something set in stone. For the responsibility taken and work put in, the benefits package could be better.
