What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
A great company culture full of social events, benefits and motivational incentives. The projects are meaningful and you're able to partake in your own learning and development in any subject area you want during working hours in order for you to upskill even outside of your department.
Worst
It's a challenging role as the markets the organisation work with are incredibly niche.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Working in the creative industry, a creative CV works best for me to display the skills I have received in other marketing disciplines. If you have a portfolio of work, achievements or any writing materials the application process may be the best place to showcase this to attract the attention of the employer.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview process was two stages. An initial phone call and informal conversation on my experience and desired outcomes of the role. The second interview process required a task relevant to the field where I could show off my creativity and experience through a presentation. Having a great knowledge of the organisation and some insightful tips or ideas on what the organisation can do going forward always shows you're going above and beyond what is asked of you.
