The team are very supportive and have provided me with so many opportunities to grow in my role and are always happy to talk about progression.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Current salary: £35,000 - £37,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to have a few examples of soft skills from outside work or school. Menzies looks at school results but are also looking for good team members and those able to think outside the box and get involved in other activities, something that may set you apart from other candidates.

Do you have any interview tips?

Try to have a conversation with the interviewer and have some questions prepared to ask back as it shows you are interested in the role. Even simple questions like 'what kind of day-to-day tasks does the role require' or 'what could a usual day look like' opens up the conversation. It also will help you decide if this is the company you want to work for. And most importantly, be yourself, don't try and give answers just because you think that's the 'perfect' answer, the interviewer is usually interested to hear what you actually think
