What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure that you actually want to do recruitment. No matter how good your company is, recruitment will never be easy. Think about how much you really want it and why you want it. If it's money, career progression and a social environment, great. If you want to help people, it's probably not for you.

Be really honest about your motivations and focus on the things you have done that have been hard! Everyone has a degree, what have you done that makes you stand out?
