What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Gives you the freedom to plan your own calendar and do what you need to do (no micro-management).
Associate programme is fantastic for training opportunities and access to senior management.
Plenty of opportunity to move around in the company - job role unlikely to get 'stale'.

Worst

Office and company culture is very much one of sales - not something that appeals to me.
Company doesn't feel very modern or up to date in terms of colleagues and culture.
