What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be warned that the application process can take a long time and that there needs to be particular effort put into answering the competency questions in the best way possible.
Do you have any interview tips?
I have not yet one horrible employee and the managers that do the interviews are some of the nicest people that you can enjoy a chat with. It's not 'informal' but it's not a rigorous panel of judges that don't show any emotion. Go in open minded and be yourself as essentially that is what they are looking for. Try and put any prejudices towards other candidates aside as you do the group activities and learn to accept there with be people who want to show off and be arrogant. They are looking for how you respond to these sorts of people and the way you work with them. So don't shy away.
