What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open and honest about why you want the role, Telefonica puts its people first, its not a typical corporation, we don't come in in suits and have strict times we have to work between. Its relaxed and makes it alot easier to work in for that reason.
Ask about the different roles and opportunities. Ask about the learning opportunities. Have complete understanding as to what it is we do and what we want to achieve as a company.

Know about the products and services we offer across all our directorates. We have business customers alongside your typical consumer - be aware of this.
Know why you want to work for a digital company, why you think you would fit in and what it is that makes Telefonica stick out from the crowd.
Teamwork and interaction is a huge part of the interview process, be able to lead but be able to follow too. Have fun, be confident to speak up. No idea is ever wrong. We like people to think outside the box all the time, it's how good ideas come about.
