What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Who you are and your potential and attributes are so much more important than experience here, so never has 'be yourself' been more apt advice! Our core competencies and CODE behaviours really are key at Danone, not just an HR strategy, so think about those.

Make sure you let your personality come through. Danone offices have a real vitality and they get a lot of applications, they're looking for someone who'll fit in and feel at home, not just the most intelligent/talented person they can find, as it's a place where if you have the right attitude and temperament you can flourish.

This is not the right application to be copy and pasting from other forms. The company is not faceless, it's all about individuals.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be honest, if you don't think you have a relevant experience think what you can talk about that's close, or shows it in a different way and explain that that's what you're doing. Not everyone has done everything!
The interview is based entirely around being CODE (Committed, Open, Doer, Empowered). So bear these in mind and make sure you check out the definitions online beforehand.
Try and relax, my interviewer made me feel like I could stop panicking and start being myself, and I think that process of settling and relaxing benefitted my inertview performance hugely.
