What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
We are looking for more technical people, but don't let that put you off. If you are interested in the role but don't think you are technically capable Amex provides all the support you need. You just need to show a passion and a drive to do well.
Do you have any interview tips?
Talk about all the things you've been involved with outside of work and study. All the extra curricular stuff. You can learn all the skills needed for the job but it's a lot harder to change who you are and you shouldn't have to just to match a job. If you talk about who you are as a person then you'll know if you fit in the role or not.
