What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
- Ask as many questions as you can and get as involved as you can.
- Don't worry about not understanding things as no one expects you to understand everything. They recognise that it is vast and confusing.
- Just be willing to try and learn and people
Do you have any interview tips?
- Be honest.
- Portray your people skills over your technical skills.
- Research the company as much as possible beforehand.
- Show an interest in the company and how they work during the 'down-time' of the assessment centre.
