What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
- Research the asset finance industry and how different products are used in the industry.
- Look into software implementation: how long does it take? what stages are there? etc.
- Learn about Alfa, where they operate, the markets they are in and how they implement software.
- Show a passion for technology and learning, which can be based around something you've done in the past or are doing at the moment.
Do you have any interview tips?
- Do your homework: research the asset finance industry and Alfa.
- Be ready for tough questions, both about the industry and about you personally. Research questions that have been asked in the past and generic interview questions so that you are ready.
- Relax. The interviewers are nice people who want to see you do well, so be happy to ask for clarification or any questions you have for them.
