Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't be put off if you don't have an IT degree such as Computer Science etc. As long as you're passionate and keen to learn about new technologies etc. you will be fit for this job.
Do you have any interview tips?
Ensure you are familiar with the JLR 8 behaviours and are able to demonstrate key competencies that match each of the behaviours. These include experiences in your previous jobs, university etc.
In addition, JLR has grown a lot over the last year, so make sure you have a knowledge of the challenges/successes JLR has faced globally not just in the UK.
The interviewer needs to be able to sense your passion and love for the brand, they want people that are proud of the brand and products. Good product knowledge is key as well as an understanding about what competitors are doing.
Make sure you research recent innovations that JLR has implemented or is working to implement.
