What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Varied and interesting challenges, the ability to pursue what I think is important, investment in my development and travel opportunities.
Worst
There's a lack of framework for approaching projects in my department, people approach as they see fit, which I worry might cause issues with project success or the timely delivery of projects. Second would be a lack of goals or targets to work to, I'm given a project but no deadline, or sometimes without a cost or strict specification. Overall I think there could be a little more formality which would hopefully improve success and satisfactory delivery of project objectives.

They were mostly interested in your management experience, attitudes in the work place and general approach such as how you prioritise, introduce change and resolve conflict.
