Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
RM is very much a windows shop, extra experience will help, but experience with Windows Server would be good. Even better, experience with PowerShell and Azure will probably help you stand out from the crowd.
Do you have any interview tips?
You should be comfortable with:
* Working under stress (lots of people from lots of different directions asking for things).
* Prioritising.
* Delegating when possible - you can't do everything yourself!
* Working with hundreds of different types of people.
Be aware that the role is more "social" than "technical".
