What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show what you can do for Microsoft, but also what Microsoft can do for you. Give examples of why and how you put the customer front and centre in everything that you do. A passion for Microsoft's devices and services is not required, but a very strong understanding of the market that they operate in, its challenges and opportunities is.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and show your strengths. You will have to show that you can work in a team, but the interviewers will also want to see why you are the best choice for the role.
Make sure that you read up on the company's vision and strategy and do not be afraid to interpret it for yourself. The interviewer will want to know how you are going to make the company even more successful.
