What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
The feeling you get when you have a satisfied client at the end of a transaction.
As the market goes through busy and quiet cycles, so do we. Some days can be so busy you blink and the day is over, and others can be so quiet you feel like you haven't achieved a thing.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000
What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's not all about the academia on your CV/application. Put anything down that you think makes you stand out.
Do you have any interview tips?
If you get past the general assessment days, the people interviewing you are more interested in how you as a person will fit in with the team, not how many GCSE's you got to an A grade. Be warm and genuine, and try your best to relax. If you're faking who you are in the interview they will see straight through you.
A smile goes a long way!
