What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I am based in the HQ and I have the opportunity to work directly with members of the GMC on a regular basis.

Worst

I do not have much power to make positive changes because I am only a graduate.
There is a lack of process connecting managers with the graduate scheme. My direct line manager does not really know/care what happens on the graduate scheme.
