What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Leadership is never hesitant to support. I have the opportunity to work, remotely, during a global pandemic. The company works hard for the success it achieves and it shows. It's very easy to sell a product that you believe in.
Worst
No complaints.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have an idea on where you'd like to be in two years and make that happen here. Each person brings their own strengths to a job--a certain spark that is distinct to that individual--and this company develops that and more. BUT it has to be shown and expressed in truth and not what you 'think' someone else wants to hear.

The best advice is don't be afraid to show up as the person and not the resume.
