What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Prepare fully for your interview - understand what traits Grant Thornton value and write out examples of experiences where you demonstrate those traits. Actually practice saying the answer as it will be much more fluent if it is well practiced and you are aware of what you are trying to say before hand. Basically just prepare.
Do you have any interview tips?
No specific questions that I remember, there was a case study where you have to analyse a situation. They don't expect any actual accounting knowledge - just try and think what would be the best thing to do and pay attention to the details - there may be mistakes in the material you are given.
