What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The growth potential within my team is unrivalled by any other in the business
I have a great team and there is plenty of support in place from both team members/ management and the training department
Its a new exciting venture for the 10th revolution group
Worst
Pressure - it is a sales related/ KPI driven role at the end of the day
Working hours not horrendous, but not standard 9-5

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Start: 08:00
Finish: 19:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to work hard - sounds clichy but is a must for this role
Hours are longer than average and there is pressure associated as with most sales based positions. But the rewards are there in abundance if you are driven enough to want to go and get them!
