What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and honest. Microsoft will employ people from each and every background and are genuinely interested in your ability to do the job. Be comfortable with stating what you did last summer for example and why you did it. People often don't think this is relevant to a CV but it shows some personality which is valued here.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest and relax! That is easier said then done but Microsoft will look to hire those who are comfortable in their surroundings and can show some personality/ability to work with others. Don't think you need to know everything about Microsoft... Even those that have worked here do not know everything as the company is so big. Come with some general understanding and an enthusiasm to learn.
