What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working on different projects and seeing different stages of business.
Job varies quite a lot day to day.
Visiting site and seeing how that side of the business is done.
Graduate Scheme offers very interesting and exciting opportunities and experiences.
Worst
Can be very tight deadlines and busy workload during key times in the year.
Commuting to and from distant sites.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company, including reading company literature as well as any outside sources.
Research what the company is working on/ has previously worked on.
When answering the application questions use a mix of answers and experiences, not only university experiences.
Do you have any interview tips?
During the interview, the majority of the questions I was asked were about times I have had to take a leadership/decision making role, with a few technical based questions as well. Draw on experiences from across your background (work, University, private life) to give fuller answers.
During the group exercises remember to be polite, inclusive and respectful towards your fellow applicants.
