What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Team and business unit put genuine effort into my development, at the cost of a sizable amount of their own time.
Trusted to work on colleagues projects independently.
Supported through further training and qualifications.
Opportunities to gain skills and understanding in other areas of the business.

Worst

Honestly all issues are well managed. It feels as though the scheme I'm on has been refined a lot. most would be issues have measures in place to balance.
For example, there are no other trainees in my department for me to interact with. To help with this, Taylor Wimpey organise meet-ups for trainees from each business unit to discuss how everyone feels the scheme is going . I feel this is particularly useful as it allows me to see if I'm on track.
