Best
The people. The relaxed environment.
Worst
Unpredictable. Probably just the nature of support, but some days are very calm with very little today, and other days you can get hammered.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My application was pretty standard, didn't particularly tailor it to the role. Just make it a good one.
Do you have any interview tips?
Find out what the company does beforehand, read up on them. Also, be relaxed. I've actually spoken to my manager, the guy that hired me, about why he was happy to hire me and he simply said "you were relaxed and easy to talk to, and passed the technical test". Also, don't be nervous about the technical test - it's as simple as it looks.
