What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

RB is about action, doing things off your own back/taking ownership, and overachieving: so make sure that instead of simply talking about things you've done when answering questions, that you focus on outcomes... what you actually achieved as a result of YOUR actions.

Do you have any interview tips?

You need to embody energy, self-confidence, and focus on over-achievement and the outcomes/results of your actions. On another note, unlike other FMCG giants RB loves an entrepreneurial spirit - instead of it being a worrying sign that you might leave the company, RB sees it as essential to innovation.
