What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The community is very welcoming and you have a sturdy support network from the first day. Working on projects means you can be exposed to different types of technical work and have a range of experiences.
Worst
You may not start in your technical role straight away when joining as a grad. You can start off doing admin work for quite some time before you actually get to experience your technical role.
