Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to stay relaxed during the online tests and work quickly. Be honest in all stages or it will most likely catch up with you. When applying for a graduate role, companies don't necessarily expect you to know everything but as long as it you have a willingness to learnt that's what they look for.

Do you have any interview tips?

Definitely do your research before the interview. Make sure to prepare answers regarding to why you want to work in that industry and company, giving examples of times you work within a team, a time you failed at something, overcame something difficult. Have some technical knowledge of the pensions industry and know what's going on in the world.
