Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Tesco feel very strongly about our core values, which are things they expect their colleagues to live by and act this out in the workplace. I would insist that in the application, these values are related back to your experience.

I was told in my interview that it isn't necessarily my opinion/point of argument that they were interested, but in my justification.

What I would change in the business.

The Assessment centre consists of 7/8 different tasks and ranked on a traffic light system. They made the day as relaxed as possible which helped my nerves and was a great way to encourage me to act as myself.
