Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do not begin as a trainee, I had the option of completing my degree, or joining Wood Group PSN, I chose the money. Yes the money is good at the moment, and the people I am working with in my immediate team are nice, however I feel as though I have arrived at the company with an HND, while other graduates beginning the same time with masters degrees, that the trainees get left to fend for themselves and the graduates are groomed into management roles.
