What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Trainees are given responsibility and high quality work from the first day. Supervisors are keen for trainees to develop an understanding of the relevant law as well as the processes, with a view to you being able to propose solutions to problems yourself.

Worst

The firm generally allows a good work-life balance, which is sometimes interrupted by high levels of work that can require more time in the office. However, the learning opportunities make this worthwhile.
