Do you have any interview tips?
3 stage interview for vacation schemes (and a further interview for a training contract during the vacation scheme).
Assessment day consisted of an interview and two exercises. Interview was not very technical. Just about showing enthusiasm and a willingness to engage in discussion. Mainly questions and discussion based on application form.
If successful and attend vacation scheme, second interview is based on the work done whilst on the vacation scheme.
