What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have an interest in finance but also acknowledge that the firm now offers a broader service output. Research the firm as much as possible, including its dominant US presence; while Sidley London has a lot more autonomy than other US firms, many of the deals have strong transatlantic elements.
