What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be able to show a really clear understanding of the FDM business model and also the sectors in which they operate. Being able to demonstrate an avid interest in digital marketing (for marketing roles) or the digital world in general would be advantageous.
Do you have any interview tips?
Have a lot of new ideas. It's something that is really valued from people at FDM at every level from people in your team to the board.
Building good relationships with people is also really important. FDM has a really strong work and social culture so being a good culture fit is also key.
