What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Definitely apply no matter what your degree is in. I was sceptical about my chances of getting a position within an IT grad scheme given that my degree is in Publishing with English. All during the application process I spoke to a lot of people within the company and there were so many different degrees to create a diverse skill and knowledge base.
Do you have any interview tips?
Honesty and sincerity are extremely valued, so I guess don't worry if a question takes you off guard. It's actually a good thing if you take your time and answer a question you weren't expecting, it'll show you don't just blag your way through but actually think about your answer.
Also, it's a really nice and fun place to work because people have a good sense of humour. Don't be too scared to have a bit of a laugh with the person interviewing you. If it's anything like my experience it'll be more like an informal conversation than any formal interview.
