What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I have a great team who are very helpful and provide a good community spirit. I am also working on an interesting range of projects which are helping to broaden my knowledge and skill set.

Worst

There have been improvements to try and make the transition and communication between different departments in the company easier. However, it is still quite easy to feel siloed and it can be quite difficult to find out information from other areas of the business.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Having a focus on your knowledge and skills that you have learnt that and how they are applicable to the role is important. However, displaying your personality and people skills is just as important in Anglian Water as it has a strong purpose, values and a great community spirit.

Have lots of good examples in mind which demonstrate your skills and where you have shown the qualities that the job is asking for. Also, remember to just be yourself and let your personality shine through.
