GRADUATES:
Each year we recruit Graduates into a variety of roles and disciplines and you will join the rest of the LMUK cohort and follow the two-year Graduate programme. During this programme, as well as gaining some key skills you will also get to visit other sites and business areas to increase your wider knowledge of Lockheed Martin in the UK. To give you a flavour of the type of role you could be doing with us, we have Graduates in Systems and Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Development, Quality Assurance Engineering and Finance.
PLACEMENT STUDENTS:
Our longest running Early Careers programme is the Placement programme. Each year Lockheed Martin offers both 12-month and summer placements, all starting in June. We have opportunities in Engineering, IT, Business Development, Communications and Finance where you will have a real role with real responsibilities from day 1 and support from a Graduate mentor for the duration of your placement. Working alongside experts in their field, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work and life experience which will help you in your final years of University.
