‘The people at Credo are amazing on both a professional as well as a social level. The management structure is very flat, and you quickly get to know senior staff at a personal level. As expected in management consulting, the hours in the office can be long, especially when close to deadlines.’
Associate Consultant

‘Little to no face time culture, 6 monthly promotion cycle.  Away days! (last two were to Valencia and Miami). Still a relatively small company so opportunities to interact/learn from senior team members while working. Small company so at times there is little in house expertise on a particular industry which gives an opportunity to add value in a noticeable way. Very relaxed/collegial environment but still extremely professional. Small company so at times there is little existing in house expertise to learn from on certain industries. Brand name not as recognised as some others so can potentially limit certain exit opportunities.’
