What are the best and worst things about your company?
The starting salary is better than most other consultancies, even the biggest ones, and the work is dynamic and challenging. You learn a lot, constantly. Colleagues are very bright, and all senior management are very good at what they do. Strong culture of listening to all employees and taking everyone's suggestions for how to improve into account. Very meritocratic and collaborative - people always help each other out, whenever possible, and there is little to no internal competition because of the way career progression within the firm is structured. Nice that it's still such a small firm, since it means you know all managers and partners, and they know you. Great support team, and very accommodating in terms of travel preferences unlike many other consultancies (generally, you can stay in London if you don't want to go anywhere else).Mainly the long working hours. Another thing is that while having extremely bright colleagues and doing challenging work is great, it can also be intimidating and stressful. It is difficult to impress your colleagues, as excellence is expected from everyone. When just starting, it is easy to feel like you cannot contribute much, since everyone around you knows so much more than you do. You will get called out for anything you don't do well, but not necessarily praised for the things you do well.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Interesting work, amazing people, great compensation, very favourable work life balance for the industry. As with any job in strategy consulting, hours will sometimes get long. The sectors Credo work in may not be as attractive as other firms.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The colleagues. A great, smart, motivated and above all fun group of people. The job is occasionally quite high pressured.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people in this company are genuinely nice and treat each other with a lot of respect, regardless of seniority. The unpredictability of hours - whilst Credo is getting really good at trying to forewarn you when things may get busier, this is a natural side effect of the business (consulting) which can only ever be partially mitigated - sometimes clients ask things / give us things that we have to do in a short time frame and that can't be managed away.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Working in a collaborative environment with a group of really smart, motivated people. We are a generalist firm that doesn't specialise in sectors until an appropriate level of seniority has been reached, so sometimes you have to work in sectors that aren't your absolute favourite.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You get to work in teams with other very smart people and solve difficult business problems for interesting clients. To a certain extent, your clients dictate many parts of the work that you do, and a client can impact the level of enjoyment with the job.

My colleagues, opportunities to take on responsibility for a part of a project, social activities, hours aren't too bad. Some of the cases aren't very interesting but these are in the minority.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Every day is different, as both the projects and the people that you work with change regularly.Occasional late nights aren't great, but there are fewer than at other consultancies.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Highly meritocratic, very clear promotion and salary structure. Small firm with opportunity for high levels exposure and responsibility early on. Genuinely a really friendly firm. Long hours are not uncommon, especially towards the end of a project. Although some international travel opportunity not as much as some larger firms.
