What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Very varied- I have worked in several different departments over the last 3 years and it gives you a range of experience.
Worst
Doing so many exams whilst working full time! This is what I signed up for and I love it but it can be very hard to juggle home life, work and getting a qualification.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you come across very personable! The company doesn't only look at how qualified you are, they want someone who has the personality to fit in with the team already working at the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just be yourself! It is a long interview as they want to see the real you- stay polite and interact, don't just stay quiet as they want to hear your opinion on matters.
