What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
The best bits about my job are the training and support I am provided. Everyday I will be learning something new leading me to be constantly developing a wide range of skills and knowledge.
The worst aspect of my job is trying to juggle a fulltime position, with study and a social life. Whilst possible it does involve planning to ensure you spend your time wisely.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the role and what it involves. Look at what skills you have that can be transferred and used in this position that will help you to do a good job. Research the company and its values.

Research the company and find out the values. In addition to this, it is good to have a plan for what you want to do after the training (e.g continue on with more training). Know about the career paths that are available. Look at your existing skills and knowledge so you can discuss what you could bring to the company.
